  • If you have any issues booking a hotel room, please reach out to Mickayla.

  • Guests can book online using the group code AMWB5 at hgi.com or by calling reservations at 1-800-HILTONS.

  • Reservations must be made by Thursday, 05/07/26. Please reserve as far in advance as possible in order to ensure you get a room.

  • They would not let us include more than 24 rooms in the hotel block until after those rooms fill up. We expect these rooms to fill up. The sooner everyone books, the more likely it is we will get additional rooms added to the block.

  • The room rate is $159 per night, not including taxes. Card will not be charged until date of check in.

  • Self-parking is available in the Major Taylor Garage for $14.95 per night. Guests should validate parking with front desk upon arrival.

  • Check in is 4:00pm. Early check in is not guaranteed and is first come, first served.
